Yesterday was an exciting day for the residents of St Budeaux, Plymouth, and for us too, seeing the opening of their brand-new library. JRC Consulting Engineers provided Civil and Structural services for the St Budeaux Library during both planning and detailed design. The £2.2m contract value project entailed the demolition of the existing library building and the construction of a new resource building along with 24 one and two bedroom apartments.
