We are delighted to announce that we have recently become an official Employer Ambassador for SWAAN (South West Apprenticeship Ambassador Network). SWAAN is one of nine regional networks who’s aim is to inform and inspire people about the many benefits an apprenticeship can offer, from both a business perspective and the individuals. Becoming an Employer Ambassador allows us to champion apprenticeships and apprentices alongisde other like-minded employers. Having apprentices already on our team, we are passionate about supporting them and celebrating their achievements throughout their apprenticeship journey, and being part of this wider network will allow us to do so on a larger scale. We also have two of our own, Oliver Goody and Reagan Elliott, both of which have signed up to become Apprenticeship Ambassadors for SWAAN. They will be championing the growth of apprenticeships through sharing their experiences, attending events, talks and taking part in marketing campaigns. Watch this space!
