Ethan is our dedicated CAD Manager known for his practical engineering insight and commitment to technical excellence.
He leads the delivery of CAD inductions for new starters, helping them integrate seamlessly into our workflows. Ethan also develops and maintains our CAD standards and drawing templates, ensuring all project documentation meets the highest standards of accuracy and consistency.
As part of his role, he carries out detailed technical audits of project drawings and CAD setups, providing clear, actionable feedback directly to the Directors. His structured approach and attention to detail support the ongoing quality and efficiency of our design process.
Outside of work, Ethan enjoys spending time with family, friends, and—by his own admission—far too much money on good food.
