David joined JRC in 2025, bringing with him 30 years of experience gained across a range of engineering consultancies in Southern England. His background includes work on large‑scale housing developments, private residential projects and numerous S278 highway improvement schemes involving both local and national authorities.
Outside of work, David enjoys relaxing with his wife and exploring the beaches of North Devon, making the most of the area’s excellent eateries and the more relaxed pace of life the region has to offer.
