We are extremely proud to announce that a project we have been involved with alongside Peregrine Mears Architects has won an award for Best Non-Residential Extension, Alteration or Conversion under the LABC South West Winners and Highly Commended 2025.
JRC designed a surface water SuDS (Sustainable Drainage System) scheme for Northway Court featuring an attenuation basin to manage surface water runoff effectively and reduce flood risk in the area.
By integrating natural drainage principles, we created a solution that not only meets regulatory requirements but also enhances local biodiversity and landscape value.
A huge congratulations to our civil engineers as well as the rest of the project team (Palmer Birch, Peregrine Mears Architects, The Holiday Property Bond, Con-Serv Ltd, Gates Consultants) involved with Northway Court. Together we have achieved this fantastic result!
