We are delighted to see this project making good progress, working alongside Fearnley Lott Architects to assist with the establishment of Chichester Development’s site, Heanton Lea Gardens. The site is situated off the A361 between Chivenor and Braunton and comprises a mix of 80 properties. JRC have assisted with Section 104 applications and Fill Drainage Design including an adopted Foul Pumped System. On the highways we have delivered an adopted road through the Section 38 process, and are also delivering the offsite Section 278 Detailed Design. We have carefully produced a SuDs Design scheme with open basins and swale; our driving force is to boost the Biodiversity and Ecology on the site. There is also an additional area of woodland planted by the developer with native species to be left as a wildlife habitat.
